By accessing or using MyClaw (myclaw.to) ("the Service"), operated by Nocodo LTD, a company registered in Cyprus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MyClaw provides managed hosting for AI agent instances. We provision dedicated virtual machines on cloud infrastructure, configure them with AI agent software, and manage their lifecycle on your behalf. Each instance is an independent, isolated environment running on dedicated cloud infrastructure.
To use MyClaw, you must create an account with a valid email address and provide accurate billing information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

There is no free tier. All plans require a valid payment method.
Each agent instance is billed as a separate subscription. If you run multiple instances, each has its own independent subscription, billing cycle, and plan. Subscriptions are not bundled or consolidated.
All listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. For customers located in the European Union, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your country of residence. It is your responsibility to provide accurate location information.
Each plan includes $15 per month worth of AI credits consumed through MyClaw's API key (Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4). When your included credits are exhausted within a billing period, AI functionality provided by MyClaw is suspended for that instance until the next billing cycle. You may restore AI functionality at any time by providing your own AI API key ("Bring Your Own Key" / BYOK). If you use your own key, your included credit balance is not consumed.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle starts on the date you purchase each instance.
We accept credit and debit cards processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
If a recurring charge fails, your instance remains active during a 72-hour grace period. We will send you one reminder per day for 3 consecutive days asking you to update your payment method. If payment is successfully recovered within 72 hours, your instance continues operating normally. If payment is not recovered after 72 hours, your instance will be permanently shut down and destroyed and all data associated with it will be irreversibly deleted.
Since each instance is an independent subscription, you must cancel each instance separately. Cancellation can be done through your MyClaw dashboard.
Upon cancellation, your instance will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. At the end of the period, the instance is permanently shut down and destroyed. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the current period. Instance destruction is non-recoverable — all data, configurations, and history are permanently deleted. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before the period ends.
Canceling one instance does not affect your other active instances. Each must be managed independently.
All payments are non-refundable, except as described in Section 7.2.
If MyClaw fails to provision your instance due to an infrastructure issue on our side (for example, a temporary capacity limit imposed by our hosting provider preventing VM creation), you are entitled to a full refund for that instance. This refund will be processed automatically and promptly.
We do not issue refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, underutilization of the instance, dissatisfaction with AI output quality, or failure to cancel before a billing renewal.
After successful payment, MyClaw will provision your instance. Provisioning typically completes within minutes but may take longer during periods of high demand.
Instances are destroyed (and all data permanently deleted) when you cancel the subscription and the billing period ends, when payment fails and is not recovered within 72 hours, or when we terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Instance destruction is irreversible. MyClaw is not responsible for any data loss resulting from instance destruction.
Once an instance is destroyed, we cannot recover any data, configurations, or content from it. We strongly recommend that you regularly export or back up any important data from your instance.
You agree not to use MyClaw or any instance provisioned through MyClaw to:
All MyClaw instances are hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure. You must also comply with our infrastructure provider's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of our provider's policies that result in action against our infrastructure may result in immediate suspension of your account.
We reserve the right to monitor instance activity for compliance with these Terms. If we detect or receive reports that any instance on your account is being used for prohibited activities, we will:
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to any refund — whether partial, pro-rated, or otherwise — for any remaining subscription time, unused AI credits, or any other prepaid amount. This applies regardless of when in the billing cycle the suspension or termination occurs.
When you provide your own AI API key, you are solely responsible for your API key's security and usage costs. MyClaw stores your key encrypted at rest and uses it only to route AI requests from your instance. We do not monitor, log, or retain the content of AI interactions made through your key. Your key is permanently deleted when your instance is destroyed. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of your AI provider.
MyClaw aims for high availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third-party infrastructure and service providers and may experience downtime due to maintenance, outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
MyClaw does not claim ownership of any content you create, store, or generate using your instances. You retain all rights to your data. However, you grant MyClaw the limited right to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and destroy associated instances if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
The Service is operated by Nocodo LTD, registered in Cyprus.
