Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try MyClaw risk-free. If you're not satisfied with the service within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, we'll issue a complete refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

The money-back guarantee applies when all of the following conditions are met:

  • You are within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase
  • It is your first subscription with MyClaw (renewals and re-subscriptions are not eligible)
  • Your refund request is submitted via email to support@nocodo.tech

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@nocodo.tech with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your MyClaw account
  3. No explanation is required during the 7-day guarantee period

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is approved:

  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately
  • All deployed AI agent instances are deactivated and destroyed
  • The refund is issued to your original payment method via Creem.io
  • You may resubscribe at any time, though the 7-day guarantee applies only once

What Is Not Covered

The money-back guarantee does not apply to:

  • Subscription renewals or recurring charges — only the initial purchase qualifies
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests after the 7-day period — the guarantee window is strict
  • Repeat refunds — users who have previously received a refund are not eligible

Failed Provisioning

If MyClaw fails to provision your instance due to an infrastructure issue on our side (for example, a temporary capacity limit at our hosting provider), you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 7-day window. This refund is processed automatically.

Beyond the Guarantee

If your request falls outside the 7-day guarantee period, we still review cases involving service outages, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@nocodo.tech and we'll do our best to help.
